Salmon Burgers with Lemon Dill Sauce
These ridiculously easy salmon burgers with lemon dill sauce will soon become your go-to for a speedy meal
• Shore Mariner Garlic & Herb Salmon Patties, Frozen
• 2 tablespoons chopped dill
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 2 burger buns
• 1 tomato, sliced
• 1 red onion, thinly sliced
• lettuce leaves
•In a small bowl, combine chopped dill, mayonnaise, lemon zest, and lemon juice, and season to taste. Set aside for later.
•Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry Shore Mariner’s Garlic & Herb Salmon Patties from frozen for 7-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
•Serve patties on buns with lemon dill sauce, tomato, red onion, and lettuce leaves.
